Management consultants may perform the following tasks:
  • gather information on the function of each area within an organisation (and the specific duties undertaken by each individual) by talking with managers or supervisors and interviewing other staff
  • assess the types of tasks undertaken in each section, the methods or systems used, the length of time taken for an individual to complete a task and any problems involved in undertaking the task

ISO consultants should also provide an analysis of the existing practices of a company and make recommendations for improvements.
They should plan and carry out an audit in agreement with procedure as per ISO 19011: 2002. They collect intention confirmation by means of diverse techniques and settle on conventionality to the necessities of Quality Management System.

டிசம்பர் 28 இல் நாங்கள் பதவிப் பிரமாணம் ஏற்றோம். ஊழலுக்கு எதிரான மிகவலுவான சட்டமாக ஜன் லோக்பால் மசோதை நிறைவேற்றுவது என்பதே எங்களுடைய வாக்குறுதிகளிலேயே மிகவும் பெரியது. இந்தக் காங்கிரஸ்காரர்கள் சட்டமன்றத்தில் ஜன் லோக்பால் மசோதாவை நிறைவேற்ற ஆதரவு அளிப்போம் என்று எழுத்துபூர்வமாகவே கொடுத்திருந்தார்கள். ஆனால் இன்று சட்டமன்றத்தில், நாங்கள் ஜன் லோக்பால் மசோதாவை முன்வைத்தபோது, காங்கிரசும் பாஜகவும் கைகோர்த்துக்கொண்டன.

நண்பர்களே, மூன்று நாட்களுக்கு முன், நாங்கள் முகேஷ் அம்பானி மீது எஃப்ஐஆர் பதிவு செய்தோம். இந்த நாட்டின் அரசாங்கத்தை நடத்தும் நபர்தான் முகேஷ் அம்பானி என்பவர். காங்கிரஸ் கட்சி என்னுடைய கடை என்று முகேஷ் அம்பானி கூறியிருக்கிறார். எப்போது வேண்டுமானாலும் காங்கிரஸ் கடையிலிருந்து அவர் வேண்டியதை வாங்கிக்கொள்வாராம். 10 ஆண்டுகளாக ஐமுகூ அரசை முகேஷ் அம்பானிதான் இயக்கிக்கொண்டிருந்தார். கடந்த ஓராண்டுகாலமாக முகேஷ் அம்பானி மோடிஜியையும் ஆதரித்துவருகிறார்.
எங்கேயிருந்து மோடிஜிக்கு இவ்வளவு பணம் வருகிறது? ஹெலிகாப்டர்களில் அவர் ஊர்சுற்றுகிறார், பெரிய பெரிய பேரணிகளை நடத்துகிறார். எங்கேயிருந்து இதெற்கெல்லாம் பணம் வருகிறது? இவற்றுக்குப் பின்னால் முகேஷ் அம்பானி இருக்கிறார்.
நண்பர்களே, நாங்கள் முகேஷ் அம்பானிக்கு எதிராக குரலை உயர்த்தியே அடுத்த நொடியிலேயே காங்கிரசும் பாஜகவும் ஒன்றுசேர்ந்துகொண்டன. ஜன் லோக்பால் மசோதாவை முன்வைக்க அவர்கள் விடவில்லை.
கேஜ்ரிவால் ஏதோ ஒரு குட்டி ஒரு லஞ்ச ஒழிப்பு அலுவலர்தானே என அவர்கள் நினைத்துவிட்டார்கள். இந்த அளவுக்கு குடைச்சல் கொடுக்கிறானே என்று கடுப்பாகிவிட்டார்கள். ஜன் லோக்பால் மசோதா சட்டமாகிவிட்டால் இந்த ஆட்களில் பாதிக்கும் மேற்பட்டவர்கள் ஜெயிலுக்கு போகவேண்டியிருக்கும். அதனால்தான் இந்த இரு கட்சிகளுமே சேர்ந்து இந்த மசோதாவை வைக்கமுடியாமல் ஒழித்தன.
இப்போது நாங்கள் முகேஷ் அம்பானியையும் வீரப்ப மொய்லியையும் அம்பலப்படுத்தியிருக்கிறோம். அநேகமாக நாளை ஷரத் பவாரை அம்பலமேற்றியிருப்போம். அடுத்து அநேகமாக கமல்நாத் முறையாக இருந்திருக்கும். எப்படியோ, அவர்கள் ஒவ்வொருவராக மாட்டியிருப்பார்கள்.

இப்போதுதான் எங்கள் அமைச்சரவை கூட்டம் முடிந்த்து. எங்கள் அரசாங்கம் பதவி விலகுவது என முடிவுசெய்யப்பட்டது. இதோ என் பதவி விலகல் கடிதம். நான் இப்போது லெப்டின்ன்ட் கவர்னரைப் பார்க்கப்போகிறேன். சட்டமன்றத்தைக் கலைத்துவிட்டு மறுதேர்தல் நடத்தவேண்டும் என எங்கள் அமைச்சரவை பரிந்துரைத்திருக்கிறது.
டிசம்பர் 28 இல் நாங்கள் அரசு அமைத்த்து முதல் இன்றுவரை, எங்கள் அமைச்சர்கள் ஓர் இரவுகூட சரியாக தூங்கியதில்லை. இரவு பகலாக அவர்கள் வேலைபார்த்தார்கள். எங்கள் முயற்சியை தொடர நாங்கள் எதையும் விட்டுவைக்கவில்லை. மின்கட்டணம், நீர் கட்டணம் குறைத்தோம். மின் நிறுவனங்களை தணிக்கை செய்ய உத்தரவிட்டோம். ஊழலை குறைத்திருக்கிறோம்.
முழு நேர்மையுடனும் நல்ல நோக்கங்களுடனும் நாங்கள் வேலைசெய்தோம். நாங்கள் தவறுகளை செய்திருக்கலாம். நாங்களும் மனிதர்கள்தானே. எங்களால் முடிந்த்தைச் செய்தோம்.

அரசியல்சாசனத்துக்காக நான் என் உயிரையே கொடுப்பேன். ஜன் லோக்பால் மசோதா முழுக்க முழுக்க அரசியல்சாசத்துக்குட்பட்டதே. அவர்கள் பொய்சொல்கிறார்கள். ஏனென்றால் ஊழலைத் தொடர்ந்து நடத்திட அவர்கள் விரும்புகிறார்கள்.
நண்பர்களே, நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் அவர்கள் ஆவணங்களை கிழித்தெறிந்தார்கள். பறித்துக்கொண்டார்கள், இதையெல்லாம் அரசியல்சாசன ரீதியிலானது என அவர்கள் நினைக்கிறார்கள். நாம் நாட்டுக்காக போராடுகிறோம். இதை அரசியல்சாசனத்துக்கு விரோதமானது என்கிறார்கள்.
